Guided by a certified Dementia Care Manager, our team provides compassionate, personalized support that promotes dignity, independence, and emotional well-being. We recognize that while memories may fade, emotional connections remain strong – which is why we focus on reducing anxiety and frustration while creation moments of joy, purpose, and peace for each resident.

Our Life Enrichment Program honors every individual’s unique story through meaningful activities like music, therapy, art, sensory engagement, exercise, social outings, spiritual services, and intergenerational interaction. From daily care to special celebrations, we take a holistic approach that engages mind, body, and spirit.

Skilled/Nursing Care

Specialized rehabilitation programs are available for individuals working to regain abilities affected by declining health, orthopedic surgery, or other debilitating illnesses. Through physical, occupational, and speech therapies, our team of specialists develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.

Long-term care is an ideal option for those who can no longer safely remain at home. Under the direction of each resident’s attending physician, our licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, and therapy team provide comprehensive, around-the-clock care. Our medical director oversees and approves all medical services, while our director of nursing ensures the highest standards of clinical care throughout the facility. Individualized care plans may include Alzheimer’s care, diabetes management, and restorative nursing programs.

Hospice services are designed to provide comfort, pain management, and compassionate support for individuals facing terminal illness. Through partnerships with hospice providers, we offer a full range of services including skilled nursing, spiritual support and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, social services, and pharmacy services. Together, our teams work to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of both residents and their families.

Respite care is available for individuals who require short-term support, giving caregivers the opportunity to travel, rest, or recover from an illness while knowing their loved one is receiving attentive, professional care.
