As a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility, Pulaski Health Care Center is committed to enriching the lives of older adults through high-quality, compassionate care. Established in 1987 by the Pulaski Health Foundation—a nonprofit organization serving Pulaski and surrounding counties since 1959—the center was created with a clear mission: to bring exceptional long-term care to the heart of Pulaski County.
