Marsha Reimbold

Administrator

Marsha Reimbold is the Administrator of Pulaski Health Care Center, where she leads with a focus on compassionate care, team support, and operational excellence. She has been in long-term care since 2009, starting as a Physical Therapy Assistant, working her way to the Director of Rehab. She also spent a few years as an Account Executive with home health and hospice. Marsha has been with the company for 5 years where she previously served as the marketing liaison. She is passionate about creating an environment where residents feel valued, families feel confident, and staff feel supported in the important work they do each day.

Marsha is a lifelong resident of North Judson where she resides with her husband Mike. Together, they have 3 adult children, Max, Macy and Maeghan. In her spare time, Marsha loves to hang out with her family, crochet, and watch sports.

Rebecca Ritchie

Director of Nursing

Rebecca Ritchie serves as the Director of Nursing at Pulaski Health Care Center, bringing more than 26 years of leadership experience to her role. Over the course of her career, she has developed a diverse clinical background, with experience in medical-surgical care, endoscopy, hospice, and psychiatric nursing. Through these varied specialties, Rebecca discovered her true passion for long-term care, where she finds deep fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Known for her dedication and heartfelt approach, Rebecca values every opportunity to positively impact the lives of residents and their families. She takes pride in fostering a supportive, caring environment that extends beyond clinical needs and touches the hearts of those she serves.

A native of Starke County, Rebecca is deeply connected to her community. She is the proud mother of three wonderful children, a loving grandmother to five grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to two great-grandchildren. Family remains at the center of her life, complementing her commitment to caring for others both professionally and personally.

Alison Coble

Social Services/Admissions Director

Alison has brought nearly a decade of experience in long-term care, with a strong background in social services, memory care, resident advocacy, and admissions support.

In her role, Alison is dedicated to supporting residents and their families while helping ensure a smooth and positive transition into care. Her experience in both social work and memory care has strengthened her passion for helping others and improving the quality of life for residents.

Alison holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University. Her educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience in long-term care, has equipped her with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

“I strongly believe in the important work being done in long-term care and the value of a collaborative team approach,” said Alison. “By working together with a shared commitment to excellence, we can achieve the common goal of ensuring residents are happy, respected, and receive the highest quality of care.”

Outside of her professional role, Alison resides in Burnettsville, Indiana, with her three children, Bryce and 13-year-old twins Brody and Hadley. Much of her free time is spent supporting their involvement in football, volleyball, basketball, 4-H, and show cattle. Family and service to others are at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally.
